Restaurant Review: Oishi Sushi and Grill, Park City

Oishi Sushi Bar & Grill on Urbanspoon

Delectable sushi at a reasonable price!

We were in Park City for the weekend and wanted sushi that wasn't going to break the bank, while still being on Main Street so we could check out the shops.  This place was perfect.  The service was fast, the sushi chefs were bonafide Japanese (imagine that!) and the rolls were fresh and some of the best we've ever had.  The location was ideal--it was right beneath the Marriott and by all the shops (perfect for a fun, romantic walk on a date or with the girls.)

The interior had a cool vibe and we were greeted immediately at the door.  I appreciate the little things like that, you know?

Sit at the bar----you can watch their crazy knife skills with really fresh fish.

We've had a lot of sushi, and Zac said the special, the Tiger Lily roll (below) was the best he's ever had.  We almost ordered another one.
Omg..that sauce.  It was teriyaki, but not so heavy/salty like a lot of American asian restaurants.  I could probably drink that sauce.  the fish was so fresh and the combos were light and refreshing.  And my second favorite thing about this place--the price!  The two of us gorged ourselves on sushi and left just paying $35.

                                                                                                                     (4.5 out of 5 stars)
